Our clients were a retired couple with a dream to refresh their ground floor and garden, making them more spacious and conducive to a more relaxed pace of life. Based in a conservation area, obtaining planning permission had been challenging in the past, so we were pleased to submit the application on their behalf and obtain consent.

Our solution was to design and build a bright and warm extension, new luxury kitchen with quartz worktops, dining area, downstairs walk-in shower bathroom and bi-folding patio doors. This space led onto a patio terrace with planter wall and lighting.
