The Goldsmith flat was a good size, and in a great location, but it didn’t work for our clients’ lifestyle. A professional couple working from home with a young child, they felt that more space was needed for entertaining friends and family.

Our well-designed loft conversion transformed a 1-bed flat into a 3-bedroom property, with a luxury bathroom, study and stunning feature staircase. This collaboration not only increased the value of their property significantly, but also showcased our clients’ personality and style.

Think through and plan a decent budget for the additional costs of finishings: you really want to achieve the look you want. Also take into consideration the time it takes to order specialist designer material
